![]() K2 is not the same thing as K1 that you find in a lot of healthy vegetables however the body is able to gain some K2 from K1 by bacteria in your system converting it. ![]() Vitamin K2 is a critically important nutrient discovered not too long ago and information concerning it still is not being widely shared. The information has been a blessing to me so I didn’t want to keep it to myself. I wanted to make a post to share my experience and research on vitamin K2 for those who are still not very aware of this nutrient and the huge impact it plays on health and well being.
